I have been an RN for 18 years, and with The Goodman Group for seven of those years. I worked at Billings Health and Rehabilitation Center prior to coming to Hillside in 2002, when I moved to Missoula to become the Director of Nursing at Hillside Health Care. I also recently worked at a sister facility, Riverside Health Care, for two years but the staff and residents at Hillside drew me back.

Staff education and monitoring the quality of resident care have been two of my responsibilities. The most important thing about care to me is treating the resident as a whole – it is important to recognize all the factors that make a resident healthy and happy and work toward achieving that everyday.
